ANTENATAL HISTORY
Pregnancies are specific events over the lifetime of a patient. Each pregnancy can consist of multiple clinical consultations.
THIRRA tracks each pregnancy i.e. gravida, regardless of the outcome of the event, whether it ends with a delivery or a miscarriage.
