Demographic information are non-clinical information about the patient.

It is divided into:

Only fields with red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

The Home Clinic is the current clinic that the patient is visiting.

The addresses section require the user to choose from the available geographical locations. This will provide good structure for future analysis.

-The birth date of the patient can either exact or an estimate. For estimates, fill in the estimated age, e.g. 23.5 years. THIRRA will save the birth date assuming that the date of creation is the birth day if the estimated age is a round figure.
