DIAGNOSIS CODES

THIRRA uses the ICPC-2 (International Classification for Primary Care) published by WONCA, or the ICD-10 published by WHO, for Clinical Diagnosis.

The clinic can add new diagnosis, if needed.

The diagnosis codes consists of 2 segments, where the first segment is a general terminology for the diagnosis. The second segment provides a more precise classification. The segments denoted by X and Y respectively are represented in ICPC-2, as XXXYYY, while ICD-10 is broken down as XXX.YY.
